Initial Client Problem

Palm oil mill company which had plantations in East Kalimantan, had many remote areas. Each region had tractors and generators that required clean, contamination-free biodiesel. They encountered difficulties in maintaining reliable biodiesel supply on site, which required a solution for remote locations: a mobile fuel polishing unit.

Our Solution

To tackle this issue, we developed Fuel Water Separator (FWS) units with a flow rate of 40 L/minute. These units effectively filtered solid particles and sludges while efficiently separating water from the biodiesel. Furthermore, we incorporated a cleanable filter and designed a compact FWS-40 for easy transportation using a pick-up truck.
