Initial Client Problem

Our client, a power plant company in Central Java, utilized Biodiesel B30 for their heavy equipment and Boiler Pre Burner-Feed Pump. They discovered significant amounts of water, mud, and microbes in the fuel storage tank. Laboratory tests revealed a cleanliness level of ISO 22/20/18, falling short of the minimum standard of ISO 18/16/13. Additionally, the daily tank was located underground, making inspection and cleaning challenging. A fuel polishing tool was required to filter solid particles and separate water from the fuel simultaneously.

Our Solution

We developed the Fuel Water Separator FWS-851E for our client, designed to filter solid particles and separate water from the fuel simultaneously. Before treatment, laboratory tests showed a water content of 314 PPM in the fuel. After treatment, the water content was reduced to 232 PPM, achieving a cleanliness level of ISO 18/16/13.
