Cement Plants

Initial Client Problem

Our client, a cement factory with a capacity of 10,000 tpd for the Bayah Clinker project. We were trusted to help our client perform pipe flushing service for the grate cooler area with a target of oil cleanliness level reached ISO 18/16/13.

Our Solution

We successfully performed hydraulic pipe flushing service to our client’s piping system. The oil used was Mineral Oil ISO VG 68 for ½ to 3 inch tube sizes. The results of the ISO 16/14/11 cleanliness level for the Grate Cooler were obtained within 4 days of processing and 2 days of preparation and demobilization.
