Initial Client Problem

Our client had a Maintenance Services Unit (OMU) with a capacity of 1 X 660 MW. Their STRE Stacker & Reclaimer unit was damaged on the brake wheel system, resulting in the potential for work accidents or other unit damage. Additionally, it was discovered that the Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) had been inoperable for an extended period due to control system damage and leaks in several components. The HPU was frequently exposed to coal spills, leading to oil contamination and reduced lifetime.

Our Solution

We provided a solution of reconditioning the HPU system by replacing all hose components, sealing, hydraulic oil and installing HPU cabinets.
