Metal Coating

Initial Client Problem

Our client was a pipe coating company located in Riau Islands. As the development of the company increased product size and production rate. They also installed 8 additional hydraulic cylinders to support the raise of product size. After a while, they discovered that their system had decreased performance due to the absence of fluid maintenance since the first installation. Knowing this, our client requested a revitalization of their hydraulic system to support 12 lifting tables.

Our Solution

We provided a Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) with high-quality valves and components from Bosch Rexroth. We made modifications to the suction line, tank top layout, and piping route for better system performance. We also provided services in assembling, flushing, testing, and commissioning to ensure the effectiveness of the system. After performing revitalization, we succeeded in improving the lifting speed of the lifting table from 16 seconds to 10 seconds and reducing the required pressure by 80 bar. As a result, the system could operate 48 actuators for lifting tables, with 24-hour continuous operation at 275 Lpm using ISO VG 68.
