Initial Client Problem

Our client had a WTP flow capacity of 500 m³/h. They discovered that the underground piping line was cracking and leaking, which halted operations and necessitated a plant shutdown. Our client needed a vendor who could respond quickly and analyze the problem. The execution time allowed for only about 2 weeks.

Our Solution

We provided comprehensive services, starting from engineering analysis, designing a new piping system, and installation. The proposed piping line consisted of two lines: underground and upperground. To reduce the risk of future leakage, HDPE pipes were changed to stainless steel pipes for the underground line, and carbon steel pipes with rubber lining were used for the upperground line.
