The LGA 601 FU/FUW is a compact, virtually maintenance-free oil aerosol separator with a coalescer system designed for machine tools, offering high efficiency even under heavy raw gas loads. Equipped with a flow sensor and frequency converter to maintain a constant 600 m³/h volume flow, it also features a pre-separator system to extend service life. Suitable for case-by-case use in metal-cutting emulsion applications, it effectively captures coolant mist (MWF mist) generated during machining—preventing technical and health risks by ensuring reliable extraction from the working area and avoiding environmental spread.
