The OCU (Oil Conditioning Unit) is an electrically operated cooling, filtering, and pumping system without a reservoir, typically installed near large gearboxes or bearing housings with oil baths. It effectively removes contaminants and lowers oil temperature, extending bearing and gear life. Available in three models, air-cooled, water-cooled, or filtration-only. The OCU can be equipped with sensors for level, temperature, and pressure monitoring. Units can be combined for high-volume, fail-safe operation, and corrosion-resistant designs support outdoor and offshore use.
